Reach the Come support team.
Come support is built on a private, in-conversation thread. Open the support page, send a message and keep the window open - replies appear in the same conversation.
Two ways to reach the team.
In-app support desk
Open the support page from this product profile or from inside the Come app. Enter your name and an email or phone number, then send your message. Replies appear in the same thread - no email tag, no ticket email round trip.
Telegram and Discord
Come maintains a verified Telegram channel and Discord server. The links are visible in the footer of every page. Always cross-check the URL before joining - Come does not run third-party support channels.
Never share OTPs, PINs or passwords with anyone claiming to be Come support. The team will never ask for them.
Topics the team handles
- Account registration and KYC
- Deposits and withdrawals
- VIP enrolment and ladder movement
- Promotion and bonus eligibility
- Self-exclusion and responsible-use requests
- Bug reports and game-specific issues
When the support desk replies.
The Come support desk operates during Indian business hours for the public inbox and 24/7 inside the in-app chat for verified accounts. Replies are routed through the same conversation so history stays attached. Sensitive topics (KYC, payments, self-exclusion) are escalated automatically to the dedicated team.
Channels
- In-app chat: fastest path, available from the lobby and the wallet.
- Public inbox: open the contact page to start a thread.
- Telegram: community announcements and quick links.
- X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord: social channels for general news.
What to include
Always include your registered mobile number (without the country code) and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help for payment and game-related problems. Never share OTPs, full card numbers or bank passwords.
Where the team replies and how fast.
Below are the support response windows and the channels the team monitors. The in-app chat is the fastest path for verified accounts. The public inbox routes through the same desk during Indian business hours.
| Channel | Window | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| In-app chat | 24/7 | Account, KYC, payments |
| Public inbox | Indian business hours | General questions |
| Telegram channel | Daily posts | News and announcements |
| Daily posts | General community |
Sensitive topics (KYC re-verification, self-exclusion, account recovery) are escalated to the dedicated team. These requests are routed through the in-app chat for verification. Expect an extra identity check before any account change.
What not to share
Never share OTPs, full bank card numbers, full UPI IDs or passwords with anyone claiming to be support. The Come support team never asks for these. If a conversation asks for them, treat it as a scam and end the call.
How escalations are handled.
Some issues require escalation beyond the standard support team. Below are the escalation paths for the most common sensitive situations.
| Issue | Escalation team | Window | What to include |
|---|---|---|---|
| KYC re-verification | Verification team | 24h typical | Clear photo of document |
| Account recovery | Account team | 24-48h | Registered mobile + KYC |
| Withdrawal investigation | Payments team | 24-72h | Transaction ID + amount |
| Self-exclusion request | Responsible-use team | Immediate | Account confirmation |
| Bonus dispute | Promotions team | 24-48h | Promotion name + screenshot |
All escalations go through the in-app chat. Public inbox escalations are slower because the desk has to verify identity without the in-app context.
Never share these
Never share OTPs, full bank card numbers, full UPI IDs or passwords. The Come support team never asks for these. If a conversation asks for them, treat it as a scam and end the call.
Reporting scams
If you receive a message claiming to be from Come support that asks for OTPs or passwords, report it to the support desk through the in-app chat. The desk will confirm whether the original message was genuine and, if not, what to do next.
Self-service before you reach out.
Most questions can be resolved without contacting support. The self-service tools below are available 24/7 inside the app and on the support page.
Account and KYC
Re-upload a clear photo of the front of your document. The KYC system re-runs automatically. Most rejections are due to blurred photos, expired documents or name mismatch with the registered mobile number.
Deposit and withdrawal
Check UPI is enabled on your bank account. Verify the destination UPI ID is correct. Check the VIP-tier withdrawal cap if your withdrawal is being held. The wallet status shows your current tier and the cap that applies.
Bonus and promotion
Open the in-app promotion tab to check the status of each offer. Some offers are off by default for self-excluded accounts. Some offers are state-restricted. The promotion card explains the eligibility criteria.
Game and lobby
If a game does not load, switch network or restart the app. If the issue persists, the lobby exposes a "report a problem" link that creates a ticket for the support desk.
Support questions.
How fast does support respond?
Replies appear in the same in-conversation thread. Response time depends on the topic and current volume. Account and payment issues are prioritised.
Is support 24/7?
The in-app support desk runs during business hours with extended coverage for payment and access issues.
Can I escalate to a human?
Yes. If a thread needs escalation, ask for a human agent inside the conversation.
What happens when you open a ticket.
The in-app support desk routes your message to the verified Come support inbox. The same conversation stays open across in-app and web sessions, so replies appear in the same thread. KYC, withdrawal, gameplay and account questions all flow through the same desk - tickets are triaged by topic but routed to the same team.
For KYC and withdrawal questions, attach the relevant document or transaction ID before sending. Without those, the team can only reply with a generic request for the missing detail. Replies target the published processing window.
Hours and response window
The in-app support desk operates during Indian business hours. Tickets opened outside business hours get an acknowledgement message immediately and a real reply during the next business window. Status updates and KYC processing windows are listed on the responsible-use area.
Escalation path
If a ticket remains unresolved past the published processing window, escalate by replying to the same thread with "escalate" in the message. Escalations route to the senior support queue and target a faster reply window.
Before you open a ticket.
Many questions can be resolved without opening a ticket. The FAQ page covers install, account, payments, KYC, lobby and responsible use. The how-it-works page covers the Android setup flow with troubleshooting tips. The responsible-use page covers deposit limits and self-exclusion. The promo terms page covers bonus settlement.
Open a ticket only if the answer is not in any of the above pages. Tickets opened with the answer already published get a templated reply pointing to the relevant page. Tickets with new context - a specific error message, a transaction ID, a KYC rejection reason - get a real reply.
What to include in a ticket
For KYC issues, attach a clear photo of the relevant document. For withdrawal issues, attach the transaction ID. For gameplay issues, attach the contest ID and the time of the issue. Tickets with the relevant context resolve faster.
