Play within your limits.
Come enforces 18+ access, lets you set deposit limits inside the wallet, and routes help requests through the support desk. The responsible-use hub explains every tool and how to use it.
Tools available inside the wallet.
Deposit limits
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. The change applies at the start of the next cycle. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period.
Session reminders
Configure a pop-up reminder at 30, 60, 120 or 240 minutes of continuous play. The reminder displays session length and net position.
Cooling-off and self-exclusion
Take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days. Self-exclusion can be temporary (6 months, 1 year, 5 years) or permanent. Self-excluded accounts cannot register a new account on the platform.
Wallet statement
Export the wallet statement for any 90-day window. The export is a CSV file delivered to the registered email address.

How limits and time-outs work.
Every Come wallet exposes a responsible-use panel with daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, cooling-off periods up to 30 days and self-exclusion up to permanent. Limits are configurable from the wallet at any time and changes apply at the next deposit attempt. Cooling-off and self-exclusion take effect immediately.
Deposit limits
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit and the wallet will refuse any deposit that would breach it. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising a limit carries a 24-hour cool-down so impulsive changes are discouraged.
Cooling-off
Cooling-off runs up to 30 days and blocks logins for the selected window. The wallet stays read-only; withdrawals remain enabled so you can recover your balance.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion can run for a chosen period or be made permanent. The account is locked for the duration, marketing contact stops and the support desk will not lift the block without a written request after the period ends.
Responsible-use tools reference.
The responsible-use panel exposes deposit limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion, time-out reminders and a wallet statement export. Below is a quick reference.

Limits and tools are free and configurable at any time from the responsible-use area inside the wallet. There are no fees to enable, change or remove any of them. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay.

Self-exclusion is permanent or temporary
Self-exclusion can run for a chosen period or be made permanent. The account is locked for the duration, marketing contact stops and the support desk will not lift the block without a written request after the period ends.
Talking to family
If you are concerned about a family member's play, the support desk can help you start the conversation. Self-exclusion can also be requested by a family member with appropriate documentation in permitted states.
If you are concerned about a family member.
If you are concerned about a family member's play, start by talking to them. The Come support desk can also help you start the conversation and provide information about self-exclusion.
How to start the conversation
Choose a calm moment. Avoid blaming language. Focus on the behaviour, not the person. Share specific observations - deposits, time spent, mood changes. Offer to help them set limits together.
Self-exclusion requests
Self-exclusion can be requested by the account holder. In some jurisdictions, family members can request self-exclusion on behalf of an account holder with appropriate documentation. Contact the support desk through the in-app chat for guidance.
External help
If the situation escalates, the support desk can route you to a de-addiction service in your state. External services are confidential and free. The Come platform does not charge for referrals.
Recovery support
Recovery from problem gambling is a process, not an event. The support desk stays available throughout. Self-exclusion periods can be extended at any time without penalty.
Responsible-use questions.
Can I set a deposit limit?
Yes. Open the responsible-use area inside the wallet and set a daily, weekly or monthly limit.
How long does self-exclusion last?
Temporary self-exclusion can run 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
Where can I get external help?
The iCALL helpline (9152987821), Vandrevala Foundation (1860-2662-345) and the National Mental Health Helpline (14416) all operate in India.
What you can set inside the wallet.
The Come wallet exposes the same responsible-use toolkit across web and in-app. Players can configure daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; set a cooling-off period of up to 30 days; trigger a self-exclusion from 6 months to permanent; and activate time-out reminders during long sessions. Each control takes effect immediately on save.
Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected window. The wallet logs the request, locks the account against reactivation during the window, and the support desk does not override the request. Cooling-off periods can be shortened only by waiting out the full window.
External help services
The responsible-use page links to Indian de-addiction and mental-health services that specialise in gambling harm reduction. If playing has stopped being enjoyable, contact the support desk and the external services listed here before continuing. The platform does not replace professional help.
Statement export
Players can request a full wallet statement export at any time. The export lists every deposit, withdrawal, bet, settlement, bonus credit and Gullak movement over the requested window. Statement exports ship as a CSV via the verified support inbox.
