Acceptance of terms
By accessing allappcome.com or installing the Come app from the verified access route, you agree to these Terms of Service. The terms apply to all visitors, account holders and players of the Come app operated under Indian skill-game categorisation.
If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not browse allappcome.com, install the app or open an account. Continued use after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Eligibility
The Come app is available to players who are 18 years or older and physically present in a permitted Indian state. The eligibility check is enforced before install and inside the wallet.
Come may restrict access from specific states where skill-game operations are not permitted. The published state list is the authoritative reference.
Account use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password, OTP or PIN with anyone. The Come support team will never ask for these details.
One account per player. Duplicate accounts are closed at the operator's discretion. Winnings on a closed duplicate account may be voided.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals use UPI as the primary funding route. The wallet defaults to INR. USDT is accepted where the source confirms.
Withdrawals follow the published KYC and processing flow. VIP levels add fee-free and priority withdrawal up to ₹50 Lakhs.
Content and intellectual property
All logos, game artwork, brand names and product names are the property of their respective owners. The Come website and app use these marks only for editorial and informational purposes under fair use.
You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content from the Come website or app without prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
Come is not liable for losses arising from interrupted service, network failures, incorrect data feeds or third-party outages. Skill-game outcomes follow the published scoring and settlement rules.
